Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations or refunds are not allowed.

3 Days Return / Refund Policy
Return / Refund / Exchange will be applicable only under the following conditions:

1. The product was damaged during transit.

2. An incorrect item was shipped to you.

3. There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

You can return your order within 3 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please call our customer care at 1800-889-6251 or email us at support@skmei.in.

Returns / Refunds / Exchange are not accepted for reasons such as disliking the product’s colour, dial, strap size, or type.

Return Steps:

1. Record a short video while packing the product and handing it to the courier.

2. Send the video to our WhatsApp number or email for verification.

3. Once the item is received and approved by our Quality Cheak (QC) team, the refund process will begin.

Easy Returns Policy:
1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Items must be unworn, unused, and unopened, with original packaging, tags, invoice, box, manual card, and warranty card.

3. We will arrange pickup through our logistics partner. It will take approximately 10–15 days for the product to reach our warehouse, depending on the location. The entire process may take 
around 20–25 days to complete.

4. In areas where pickup service is not available, customers are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense. In such cases, a nominal courier charge of ₹70–₹80 will be
 applicable from our side.

5. Refunds are processed only after the product is received in its original, unused condition.

6. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a Refund / Exchange / Return.

7. Items bought during sale seasons, with discounts, or with free gifts are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable. Only warranty claims are applicable.

Refund Policy:
If your order is returned due to non-delivery, a return request, or a replacement, the item will be inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

1. Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 To 7 working days. 

2. Cash on Delivery Orders: A store credit (gift card) will be issued, valid for 6 months, and can be used immediately.
