At SKMEI, we are committed to delivering quality products and 100% customer satisfaction. All SKMEI products come with a standard 6-month repair warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and movement-related issues.

Extended Warranty Options

• +3 Months: Scan the QR code on the product box to get an additional 3-month warranty — absolutely free.

• +3 More Months: Add another 3 months of warranty during checkout (payable).

Enjoy up to 12 months of warranty coverage in total!

Please Note

• Customers who purchased the extended 3-month warranty during checkout are eligible for free battery replacement within that extended period.

• Customers who did not opt for the extended warranty can still get the battery replaced by paying a nominal fee of ₹49.

• Straps and accessories may naturally age over time and are not included in the warranty.

• Mishandling, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
