Overview

We do not have refund/returns policy. We request all our customers to thoroughly check the product description before ordering.

We have a replacement policy if there is any manufacturing defect within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • On sale products.
  • Purchase through discount coupons.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon approval, you can send the faulty product back to our address and we will exchange the same item or refund if the same model/product is unavailable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective during manufacturing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 5-5-220, Nampally, Hyderabad – 500001
